CABLE CROSSOVER
The Cable Crossover tower at Spark Fitness Zone is the most versatile single piece of strength equipment in the facility. It features two fully independent weight stacks — each rated to 100 kg — with pulley heights that slide from floor level (0 cm) to full overhead (220 cm). This infinite angle adjustment lets you attack any muscle from any fibre angle, something neither machines nor free weights can match.
Common applications include cable chest flyes at both high and low angles to target the sternal and clavicular heads independently, straight-arm pulldowns for lat isolation, face pulls for rear delt and rotator cuff health, cable curls for bicep peak, and rope tricep pushdowns. Because the resistance is constant throughout the full range of motion (unlike dumbbells, which lose tension at the top), cable exercises provide superior muscular time under tension — the key driver of hypertrophy.
The station comes with a full attachment set: straight bar, EZ-curl bar, V-bar, rope attachment, single D-ring handles, and ankle strap. Unilateral cable training also dramatically improves core stability and side-to-side muscle symmetry — making this station essential for both aesthetic and functional training goals.
